Job Purpose:
To deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned English language and literature lessons that develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver effective English lessons according to curriculum standards.

Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, creative writing, and literature analysis.

Develop and implement lesson plans that meet individual student needs and encourage active learning.

Assign and grade homework, tests, and assignments.

Monitor and assess student progress; provide regular feedback to students and parents.

Maintain an orderly and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.

Organize and participate in school events, activities, and parent-teacher meetings.

Stay updated with developments in teaching resources and strategies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field (B.Ed or PGCE preferred).

Valid teaching certification.

Minimum 3 years of relevant teaching experience.

Experience with international or national curricula (British, IB, or American curriculum) is an advantage.

Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager
Job Purpose:
To drive revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting company products/services to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
• Manage existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term satisfaction.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer information using CRM tools.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the company.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure resolution of customer queries.
Requirements:
• Degree in Sales and marketing
• Proven track record in a sales or business development role 3 years minimum.
