About the Role

Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a love for structure, systems, and saving the day? We're looking for a DA+ Connect Administrator to join an industry-leading team dedicated to getting more road users home safely. This role is the heartbeat of the DA Connect system — responsible for overseeing hardware performance, managing technical escalations, streamlining workflows, and keeping communication crisp between internal teams, technicians, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Hardware  and  systems  Manag ement

  • Troubleshoot wiring, ignition pick-up, power, and visibility issues

  • Handle hardware replacements 

  • Collaborate with field technicians for installations and issue resolution

2. Issue Escalation and Resolution

  • Log and track DA Connect failures and escalate to the Logistics Team where needed

  • Submit detailed work orders for all technical faults

  • Work closely with the BI team to activate API connections for new client setups

3. Workflow and Process Coordination

  • Drive backend creation of new client orders

  • Confirm device allocations and manage dispatches to couriers

  • Track hardware handovers and technician allocations

  • Ensure processes are followed, documented, and communicated clearly

4. Client & Technician Liaison

  • Be the first point of contact for clients on all DA Connect queries

  • Coordinate with technicians for site visibility and on-the-ground troubleshooting

  • Maintain a detailed Excel dashboard of faults, statuses, and updates

  • Generate and share reports on work progress, per client

6. Training & Continuous Improvement

  • Train technicians on new processes, troubleshooting, and best practices

  • Identify gaps and suggest process improvements

🎓 Education & Qualifications

  • Relevant technical certification or diploma (IT, electronics, telematics, or related field)

  • Strong Excel and dashboard reporting skills

  • Bonus: Experience with telematics, logistics systems, or technical support
