Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Purpose:

To drive revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting company products/services to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
   •    Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
   •    Manage existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term satisfaction.
   •    Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing clients.
   •    Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
   •    Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
   •    Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
   •    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer information using CRM tools.
   •    Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the company.
   •    Provide after-sales support and ensure resolution of customer queries.

Requirements:
   •    Matric (Grade degree in Sales and marketing 
   •    Proven track record in a sales or business development role 3 years minimum).
   •    Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
   •    Self-motivated, goal-driven, and confident in handling objections.
   •    Experience using CRM software 
   •    Driver’s license and own reliable transport

Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: Managing Director / Sales Director

Job Purpose:

To identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive strategic growth by promoting the company’s products and services across targeted markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base.

  •  Identify potential markets, sectors, and clients through research, networking, and referrals.

  •  Build and nurture strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

  •  Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and presentations.

  •  Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions to client needs.

  •  Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company.

  •  Track sales performance, pipeline, and market trends using CRM tools.

  •  Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.

  •  Provide regular reporting on business development activities, forecasts, and progress.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum 3–5 years in a business development, sales, or client acquisition role.

  • Proven success in developing strategic partnerships and closing high-value deals.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Self-driven, confident, and resilient under pressure.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Job Purpose:

To support the marketing team in executing creative, data-driven, and results-oriented campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, engage customers, and drive sales. The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in coordinating content creation, digital marketing, events, and campaign performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
• Create, edit, and proofread marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, blog posts, and social media content.
• Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms with relevant, engaging content.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities to support brand visibility.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics.
• Support database management, including mailing lists and customer segmentation.

Requirements:
